If you used the default database you dont need to do anything except delete the files you unzipped.  Then run the Web PI and select DotNetNuke.  Hope you get going soon.

Now, does this work when I have 2 servers?  One web server and another with SQL server?  When I went to the link you listed and did the Web Platform Installer, there weren't really any options at all, so I just clicked through and tried installing and it errored on me and said it couldn't install most of the items.  How do I run this when I'm working on the 2 different servers?

One of the steps allows you to enter the database details, if youre using a separate db server just add the connection details there.

When I click on the web platform installer, it doesn't give me any options to choose from.  It just gives a button "Install"  Maybe i'm doing something wrong?  All I should have to do is go to the DNN website, (link that you listed before), and click on the web platform installer, correct?
