Any suggestions?

Look at the Portals table in the DB. Check to make sure all portals have unique IDs. That's the only thing I can really guess. You might want to try running iisreset and trying to get to it again. If you don't have access to IIS, change and re-save the web.config file.

I have the identical error after upgrading from 3.2.0 to 3.2.2. (A new installation of 3.2.2 works without error on the same machine/database so it seems really to be an only an error on upgrades.)

  • You mention to look at the PortalID in the table Portals. But this field is a primary key so it is forced to be unique.
  • Simply resetting the server does not help.

Does anyone has an idea of what is going wrong?

Thank you, Franz

How many portals are you running? And, are they parent or child portals? The problem may be in the upgrade script with multiple portals, but I haven't heard of any so far.

There are about 200 (only a few are populated) parent portals and 30 child portals. My testing on a new, one portal installation is error free.

Thank You for reply, Franz
