ya Sebastian it was a permission issue, it was not putting the permission on the root folder where my project is found, which is the "webroot" one where i was setting it only on the subfolders "intpup" and the project, Finally I could find what I've been missing to set here :) where it is different in windows 7 then it is in windows xp,
where you should put the "network service and IIS users" into considration.... and vwala...

I read all the blogs, and follow the steps carefully but after moving the site to my local machine I am getting a weard error below,

please make sure you granted full file system permission to the windows user, specified in site settings and you have .Net framework 3.5 SP1 installed!

Finally I found the problem and completely move the production web to local computer it was not about permission,asp.net or something else
because of my operating system language is not English, some stored procedures and views which contains especially 'i' produce an error I change and recompile sp's and views like that and it works, there is just one thing left, after login as a host user why local page redirects the
production url? I thing it may be admin desktop module coding issue?
