I am also receiving that message, but it's on the IFRAME module while trying to pass a querystring. When unchecking the custom error messages I get this:

Method not found: 'System.Collections.Hashtable DotNetNuke.Entities.Users.UserProfile.get_ProfileProperties()'.

I have the exact same problem.  On 4.0.3 IFrame with query string work great.  But when I upgraded to 4.3.3 it started giving me the error:

I guess the error is generating as the mail is being sent to admin and the user. So the admin email and user email should be correct and should not contain any incorrect symbols. i guess.

Also if you could see the user in the Users module after getting this error i.e. the user is added to database but the display is of ERROR:Register not available ... soon ...

Then you should confirm the Administrator Mail id, Host mail id in (Host Settings --> Support Mail .. option)  also just run a cross check of SMTP settings.

Do tell here if it works or confirm the events when you are facing these errors.

I'm having same problem and can't find the answer!  PLEASE can anyone help?  I set up fresh installs...set the smtp settings so it sends emails...yes says "Register is currently unavailable"...I don't get it, doesn't anyone know why or how to fix?
