Sounds like it's not the skin then.

If the content appears when you are logged in as an administrator check to see if the content modules have incorrect permissions. Maybe they are not visible to normal users.

I have checked the permissions and all are as they should be, all users.  The site is still responding only to the host, super user.  Any other user who accesses the site receives only the header and footer. no page body is ds\isplayed or rendered by the server.  Due to time constraints, i must now restore the site to 06.02.03.

- are you having a site with PortalID = 0 in your Installation?
- what are configured languages for your site?
