Installed Windows Server 2012/VS 2015 with all updates and DNN 9. No errors on installation. But then i try to open localhost/dotnetnuke i got this error:

Server Error in '/dotnetnuke' Application.

Parser Error

Description: An error occurred during the parsing of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific parse error details and modify your source file appropriately.

are you able to locate the file?
make sure to unblock downloaded upgrade package (in file properties), prior to unzipping the files contained.
last but not least check file system permission for the iis website folder - you need to grant edit permission to the .Net user specified in advanced settings of the IIS app pool being used.

I'm not able to locate any .cs (c# code file). But i can try download 8.xx version and later copy/rewrite 9xx version. Any other solution?

Sounds like some of your DLLs didn't copy or overwrite fully. I would extract the DLLs in the zip package and copy them over to your \bin folder.

You could try tracking this down, or simply ditch it and do another fresh install, unblocking the ZIP as others suggest before doing the install this time.
