It isn't in my copy of the 4.3.5 release.

thanks, you're correct. I've just checked the sourcecode repository, and the change was checked in, but it isn't in the 4.3.5 starterkit, so the issue looks to be caused by incorrect packaging. I'll chase it up and ensure it's fixed for the next release.
