they are, but renamed as .config. They will show up at the bottom of Module Definitions menu item for new "installation on demand". this reduces risk of timeout during installation and improves speed, if you don't install all modules, you don't need.

i saw your home page, i am impressed. May i know how you were able to create the drop down box with two languages for selection, i.e. English and Dutches, Please help me out in creating a similar functionality. I will also be interested to know whether there will be only support for the 2 languages or even more.

just install extra language packs (available from this site under Community > Language Packs). There are 40 or so... ;)

language packs only take care of localizing the dnn interface (static localization), if you are looking for content localization (dynamic), have a look at the localization forums on this site. You need third party tools to accomplish that, like Locopon's (http://dnn.tiendaboliviana.com/) or mine (www.apollo-software.nl)
