I've some commercial modules in use too - usually they are release versions and maybe source code as an addon.

Ok... I've gone through all my modules to make sure they were/are all in release mode and they are.  Not really sure where to go from here...  everything is running fast this morning (but that is normal)... so I'll just have to see how it goes as the day moves on -- have my performance monitor running to see CPU and memory usage, I beefed up the paging on the server, changed some of the settings in the "performance" section of host... (found a post that said the recommended settings); here's for hoping.
