I'm not sure I understand. Are you saying that if the Account Login module is on a page, the page title has to be 'User Log In?' There is no way that I can change *just* the page title? (Unless I use the login module you mention.)

Core Login module has some very debatable logic that, among other quirks, includes overwriting of a page title. I, too, don't like it. And it has been discussed on and off on this forum... The only solution (other than actually changing the core code, of course) is to use a 3rd party module. In this case, locopon.com has one for free (the developer is on the core team, by the way)
