Ok, I have a really big problem here.  I've been digging into this all evening, and I've finally found the cause of the "Error Deleting User" message.  It seems there are some stored procedures missing from my database.  My Hosting provider appears to have messed up while updating my DNN installation.  I installed a clean copy of DNN 4.8.4 on my laptop, and compared the result with my website on my hosting provider.  I checked a few stored procedures, and there appear to be quite a few that are either missing, or incorrect (older version).  Specifically, DeleteFolderPermissionsByUserID, DeleteModulePermissionsByUserID and DeleteTabPermissionsByUserID are missing.  That is why I cannot delete users.

Is there a way to refresh all the stored procedures in my installation so that I have the most current versions for DNN 4.8.4?  I'm assuming I'd have to somehow run all of the *.SqlDataProvider files under the Providers/DataProviders/SqlDataProvider folder.  Is even possible, or am I completely hosed here?  I really don't want to lose the entire installation.  There's a lot of work that has gone into one of my websites/portals.

Please, someone tell me this is fixable.  :(

you might run the latest upgrade scripts (since 4.6.0 maybe), I wouldn't try to go back further. Make sure to run version by version until latest in ascending order!

DeleteFolderPermissionsByUserID, DeleteModulePermissionsByUserID and DeleteTabPermissionsByUserID has been introduces in DNN 4.8.0.

Thanks, Sebastian.  By running the latest upgrade scripts, do you mean to run the *.SqlDataProvider files in Providers\DataProviders\SqlDataProvider?  because the Install\Scripts directory is empty and there are no scripts.  Also, how would I run the *.SqlDataProvider scripts?  Do I just copy and paste their contents, one at a time, into the Hosts > SQL panel on my website and execute them (with Run As Script checked)?  I want to make sure I do this right.

I will add that my hosting provider is godaddy.com.  Unfortunately I just renewed the shared hosting subscription for one more year.  I will not be renewing it again.  I've sent them an email explaining this problem and asked that they fix it.  We'll see where that gets me.

open the files /providers/dataproviders/sqldataprovider/*.sqldataprovider inside Host::SQL, check execute and hit run.

I'm just following up with the resolution to my problem.  I contacted my shared hosting provider (godaddy) and they were completely useless.  As I mentioned before, I will not be renewing my hosting account with them when it expires.

What I did was to run the three scripts (04.07.00.SqlDataProvider, 04.08.00.SqlDataProvider and 04.08.01.SqlDataProvider), and all is now well (so far!).  I can delete users with no problem.  I determined that the previous scripts had already been run, since they had *.log files for them.

Thanks for the help!
