Yeah, you should point your admin to the Gallery forums and have him go through some of the threads there.

Just really quick though; Upgrading to DNN 4 was probably a mistake.  There is one person that has spent the time to go through the code to get it working on DNN 4 but the official install PA availble here will not work.  You can find a link to a working with DNN 4 version in the threads in the Gallery forum.  The guy that did it though states that he only changed enough to get it working so there will probably be problems upgrading it in the future.

If you were to run DNN 3.2.2 the install PA from here works fine.  There are a couple of changes you need to make in the settings.aspx file to get into the configuration control and a change to some parameter names to get the themes to change.  If you need both of those files are availble on my site.
