I have got the same problem like Mr.Sampson last week. My intranet site, it used to work more than 1 year then suddenly not working when the "Logout" link is clicked. It will try to redirect to the url that contains "hostname/Default.aspx?xxxxx" but If I change it to be lower case "hostname/default.aspx?xxxxx" it will show the login page properly.

I don't know what cause it is, I don't know how to solve. It seems not much people found this issue.

P.S. My Intranet is using AD Authentication so the log in page will provide 2 options for logging in with Windows User or Standard one

Please suggest how to solve this issue.

Hi All,

Had the same problem for a few days, and decided to have a look at it today. The full details of my particular issue have been written up on our company website.

Long story short, my site broke because a page called "Default" was added at the portal root. The page had actually been erased, but still caused the problem. It's only the uppercase version that fails, because the tab number is looked up by name.
