Hello!

I'm looking to make a general user able to edit text fields which utilize the FCKeditor.  To secure it up, I need to remove a few things, such as the link browser server area, the image box which has certain upload buttons, stuff like that.

Does anybody know where I can edit this in the FCKeditor?

Also, is there a way I can set FCKeditor options via DNN username/role?

Thanks

Small(TIM)^10,Advanced Settings for FCKEditor (link beneath the editor area) allows you to specify, which toolbar set to display to your users.

Thanks for the fast response.  Where is this area you're speaking of?  I don't see any area in DNN that specifies any sort of FCKEditor settings.

Thanks!

Specifically I am looking to do this:

On the image box of the FCKeditor, if you have write access, it lets you create a folder.  I want to remove the create folder.

The link box has a "browse server" functionality that I want to get rid of.

How would I do those 2?  I read about the "browse server" you can remove from a javascript, however, this does not really remove it, since a user could easily manipulate the javascript their browser shows and re-add that button, so I need a server side way of removing this.

Thanks again!

Also, I don't see anywhere to edit the options of the FCKedit, such as custom bars and whatnot for what is shown.
