I have tried in FF, and IE 7 and IE 8, and no matter what I do, the grid simply won't accept any changes. Are there perhaps other settings I need to tweak (in user settings, Host or Admin ?).

We are using SQL Express as the database.

It's really weird - this is happening on all my sites that are running DNN 4.9.4

I can provide you with access to one of the sites if you want to perhaps have a look (would need to send this to you privately though to protect the client).

Ok, I have discovered that I can set the properties for each item by editing each item - its a bit of a pain as it is more laborious and time intensive to do them one by one, but at least it works.

Just very weird that the main view won't allow me to make these changes ...
