manual installation means using "Install module wizard" in Host :: Extensions and select the zip package.

Aha.. okay,  so I just have to extract the /DesktopModules/Admin/Analytics files from the installation/upgrade package, make a new zipfile of them?

Shouldn't there be a manifest file and stuff too?

I can not find a .zip file in the install or upgradepackage with the module.

no, sorry, I just noticed, this module is not packaged.

I suggest to setup locally a new blank installation of DNN 5.1.4, go to Extensions in Host menu, select "Google Analytics" and use "Create package" option.

I have got this same problem with a upgrade to 5.2.

Does somebody has got the package to install google analytics manually?

I have tried to create the package from a clean 5.2 install, but this fails.

Hans
