Hi,

I have content editing rights for different sections of a site assigned to different Editor groups. Wherever an Editor group has Permissions to Edit a page, they can edit Module content just fine. They can also access Page Settings, which is great. But for some reason they cannot save changes to the Keyword or Descriptions fields in Page Settings, or any other field as far as I can tell. I have been unable to find a reference to this particular issue anywhere.  Are Page Settings only editable by Admins and SuperUsers?

DNN ver 5.1.2

they should be able to edit page settings, exept if using an enhanced permission provider you are able to specify this more granular.

there might be, however, an issue in this area in your version, I suggest upgrading to upcoming DNN 5.2.1, as soon as it's available.

Strangely, we've found that the user with the Editor rights cannot edit the Description or Keywords on page "A", but they have no problem on any and all pages that are descendants of page "A" (that is, page A.1, A.2, A.3, A.3.1, A.3.2, A.3.3, etc.).

Not eager to upgrade this client to 5.2.1 at this point in time, so we're still hoping to find a solution for 5.1.2.

I just upgraded to 5.02.02 and have the same problem as stated in the last post.. Is there a fix?
