Reinstall the HTML module did not help.

The fact that the content shows properly if I logged in as Administrator, and shows an error message if I logged out (public view), that has something to do with security access, isn't it?  The problem is I don't know what the security setting is since I can't access the module setting.

I believe the problem has to do with caching, and because caching is basically turned off when you are an admin/host it works fine for you.

I don't know why the caching problem is occurring though, that is why I asked the version info before for those caching providers. You might try reinstalling those? Same method I believe /install/provider folder should have their ZIp files.

Reinstalled all three caching modules as you suggested did not help. Hmm, what else can I try!

I'm gonna ask a question, it might sound silly, but I have to ask.

You are talking about the standard HTML module that comes with DNN right? Not a modified or different module?

Any "core" changes to DNN that you know of? I can't find any reference to "rowCache" in the source for DNN in my searching.

Can you check what VERSION the DotNetNuke.DLL is in your bin folder? Also check the admin/modules/modulesettings.ascx.vb file for line 118, do you see rowCache.visible in there? If so, something happened and you didn't get all the files from the 5.4.1 upgrade package perhaps?
