Do you have any other ideas?

I mean, it works when I am logged in as administrator but in all other cases not.

What else is different when I am logged in as administrator except for the caching?

I would like to bump this and see if anyone has experienced the same thing?

I was experiencing it and my stuff was all set to 0 (zero) in the config.  It wasn't a huge deal, and I was able to reset the caching by restarting the app, I let it go.

It was just happening again and I see that the setting on the module definition has the following text:
This is the default Cache Time to be used for this Module Definition. A default cache time of "-1" indicates that the module does not support output caching.

I set to -1 and the caching has stoppped.

What I would like to know as a module developer is how can I reset the cache in code for the particular module when I do an update.  The caching is a feature I would like to take advantage of, but I don't know how to clear the caches.
