Well. I think this is a piece of cake to you all advanced DNN users, but not for me as I don't find a way to do it. Here is my question.

Question:
I want to put the default registration form but located in a page of my own. What is happening?
I configured a DNN site to use one skin for HOME page and named the HOME skin and a INNER skin for other pages. When I am in the Home page/tab, and click in the register link the whole default registration form  is put inside the HOME Skin, but I don't want it, I want to use the INNER skin here in another page, I guess.

How could this be done?

Thanks Pals.

You can do this by creating a new page, placing the Users and Roles module onto that page. You will need to remove all of the extra modules that get added, and just use the module with the title of User Account.

If you don't have Users and Roles as an option, you will need to login as Host and go to the Host Extensions page. Click on the Edit pencil next to that module and move your portal from the Unassigned to Assigned columns, save the module and then try placing it on a page.

Once you've configured the page you can go to the Admin/Site Settings menu and choose the Registration page setting there, point to your new page.

That should allow you to control your registration page skin.

Hi Chris

Well I was doing what you told me but I have one problem.
I have the User and Roles module available in the extensions, so it is available to the system, but when I try to put it  in a new page, it is not available in the module combo box in the control panel.

I just don't know what is actually happening.

Carlos, check out my post there, I mention how to make it available in the module dropdown, it needs to be Added to a portal as by default it is a premium module.

Hi

Thanks for the reply. I have read all the thread carefully. I changed the User and Roles module setting and now it appears to be put in a new page. Well I was able to put the User Account as you have stated, but when I was trying to set up the setting for "Registration Page" in Site Settings, I was not able by any chance to locate the choice. I am using DNN Community Edition V5.4.2, is there something missing.
