HELP!!!

Received a "Runtime Error" after installing the chat module on my 5.6 DNN install hosted at Godaddy. I first made the code change suggested on the first page of this thread.  No change.   I've also checked the web.config and the only reference to the chat module is:

<codeSubDirectories>
        <add directoryName="Survey" />
        <add directoryName="IFrame" />
        <!--<add directoryName="Chat" />-->
 </codeSubDirectories>

Which I commented out,  but I am still receiving the "runtime error".   I have no access to my site.  What do I have to do to remove the chat module and bring my site back from the dead?

My site URL is: http://www.prisonersnetwork.com/pn

Removing all files from the /App_Code/Chat/ folder should completely kill the module so that you can get your site back up and go to Host-->Extensions to uninstall the module. As far as I know, there are other issues with Chat module in DNN 5.5.x and above so it's really not usable in those versions anyway.

Thanks William, that did the trick.  Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.   You don't know how glad I am that I don't have to completely re-install DNN.  I will now erect a small statue of your likeness above my computer.
