I was thinking you could find the control you want in the filestream and then manipulate the values (string manipulations of adding/removing/changing text). You could dynamically create controls in .net and set values, you can even read controls from the page you're on. Just not sure how you would read controls from a html file, parse the controls and then store them as a doc. I don't know what you're trying to do but could you create a generic page. Leave some place holders for the values you want your users to provide and then in your code 'build' the new file with those values. Perhaps if you explained a bit more on what your doing (more in depth then accessing an html file to change controls) I could provide more helpful info.
