Multiportal is build in: Login as Superuser ("host"), go to portals in Host menu and add a new portal. For parent portals, you need to make sure, the domain name is pointing to the IIS web site.

Hi Jeff,

So you have two issues: one is to upgrade your old DNN 4.07 site to the current version, the second is to add a new portal (or several) to this installation.  I'm not sure what kind of luck you'll have with the upgrade - if iit's all stock DNN stuff it might go okay, but you'll have to do it manually as opposed to using any of GoDaddy's features.  To use GoDaddy's automated stuff (which I don't recommend), you'd have to uninstall your current site and let it do a whole new install.

If you can get the upgrade done, the new portal part is easy - here are some instructions from GoDaddy.

 Hey Sebastian, By doing this, will the domain still look normal? ie; www.domainname.com

 Here's what I've got myself into now;

I followed the instructions as per the godaddy link you posted to add a second DNN portal and site, and it rewrote the folder for the primary site and lost everything. I backed up the files in the godaddy backup, but when I did a restore, it did not work. I downloaded the DNN 5.4.4 New Install zip file and manually installed it. Now the primary site has the problem that can be seen at http://greenbrierband.net

 What did I do now?

 Thanks, Jeff...

Jeff, the installation screen looks fine to me, if you are trying a new install - otherwise you need to adjust sql server settings to meet your previously used database connection
