The Portal does not load because the alias is stored in the database. When I set the Alias manually in the database but the Portal is displayed on login I do not show Admin options.

there might be an issue with portal template. If you are on an upgraded portal, please try to extract portal template from /portals/default folder of install package and try using it for creating a new site.

I also tried that! I have spoken with my client and finally, I will use a new instance for future Portales. Perhaps the problem is to use a Portal DSLocalizator incorrectly with "Content Location" selected. Thanks Sebastian!

I doubt, Content Localization can work together with DSLocalizator or Apollo PageLocalization.
