You open your website to edit it,
You click Login, and the login page opens, but...
There are no visible fields to enter your name and password!

How would you fix it?

Is there a module on the page and just not fields, or is it a completely empty page?

Yes, there is a login module but, the permissions for that module were inadvertently set to something other than "All Users", which means the
module will hide; question is, how do I get it back.

Go to module settings and set view permissions to all users, or the user role you want to have to view the login module.
