I have a site that was originally developed using an earlier version of DNN which used the FCK Editor, however I'm needing to swap it out for the new RAD Editor. The site is currently running 5.6.1 but I'm a bit puzzled as to what steps to take to replace the FCK Editor with RAD Editor. Anyone have a link to a quick rundown of how to do this?

Thanks!

Follow up: Seems my text editor was not picking up my searches correctly, as it seems all that was required was to swap out DefaultProvide setting in the web.config. However, now I am having difficulty getting the Image Gallery setup, it mentions something about using the control's Smart Tag to do this automatically?

The actual error is: Web.config registration missing! The Telerik dialogs require a HttpHandler registration in the web.config file. Please, use the control's Smart Tag to add the handler automatically, or see the help for more information: Controls > Rad Editor > Dialogs > Introduction. However, I have the feeling this is more useful for the stand-alone controls. Does anyone have a series of steps / edits to the web.config I can perform to get this functioning properly? Thanks!

Consider also to use CKeditor for DNN, available at Codeplex. Excellent.

Thanks Costas, I will look into that. However, my main concern is trying to do this with as much core functionality as possible to make upgrading in the future less of a headache. Still, I will take a look at CKEditor and see if that works. Thanks!
