Hi,

I am running DNN 05.06.01 (238) and ASP 4.0 and I cannot make changes to the site when I click on edit content (I jsut get a blank box where the content should be, access the admin, host and other tabs at the top and cannot make any changes under edit settings either.

I am sure its something to do with Telerik but cannot find any information on how to fix it.

Any ideas?

Thanks
Ginnie

Please try disabling compression in Host Settings.

It was already set to no compression and even if I wanted to change it nothing happens when I press update.  Its as if anything javascript has stopped working.  I wonder if upgrading to the latest version of DNN might help fix the issue.

Hi again,
I have upgraded the website to 5.6.2 on ASP 4.0 and checked that I have the latest Telerik dll file and that the following was in the config file as per this post http://www.dotnetnuke.com/tabid/795/forumid/200/postid/413151/scope/posts/default.aspx

but its still not working. This issue occurred when I moved the site from one hosting account to a new one and we change from ASP 2.0 to ASP 4.0. Is there anything else on the webconfig file that needs to be change for ASP 4.0? Any other ideas of what I can do to fix this?

Any help appreciated.
Thanks

if you switch from ASP.Net 3.5 SP1 (displayed as 2.0 in IIS) to ASP.Net 4.0, you need to run the merge script in Host :: Configuration Manager.
