you will also need to delete the corresponding references in the aspnet_users and aspnet_membership tables - which cross reference the dnn membership system back into the aspnet core membership system.

You can write a simple module to delete all users.
Obviously, test it on a dev site.

'False= Do not notify users of deletion (I think)
'False = Do not DELETE the Admin Account
