I checked that the "Admin > Site Settings > Usability Settings > Inline Editor Enabled" setting was checked. I still cannot Edit the title of a module (for example HTML module) when I click or hover over the title in Edit mode. Am I missing something?

no, i believe it was a bug introduced (or else functionality partially removed) with the change to the UI in 6.0 - please log it at support.dotnetnuke.com so we can investigate.

The functionality is still there just the way to get to it has changed.

As Host or Admin or user with module edit rights:

Hover over the "Manage" button

Click "Settings"

In the pop up click "Module Settings" tab (if not already visible by default)

Under "Basic Settings" area you'll see a text box named "Module Title:"

Here you can rename the module.

With all due respect, that really isn't the original functionality for inline editing.

I have to agree with Steven. We should state, that the inline feature has been removed (and I confess that I have never been a fan of it)
