When I installed my DNN website using Microsoft Webmatrix, I was assigned a localhost URL with a port number that was given to me. Is it possible to change that default port number? (i.e. localhost:64321).

yes, if you still have the webmatrix project you can change it (it's in the SLN file ) or via webmatrix http://weblogs.asp.net/mikaelsoderstrom/archive/2010/07/07/change-settings-for-you-web-site-in-webmatrix.aspx . If you're just looking to use a different number in DotNetNuke you can add it as a portal alias via admin->site settings and add it as a binding in IIS.

Just a small other question about WebMatrix: how do I change the Path where WebMatrix finds the folder containing the website?
