hi,

I don't think it will be fix in 7. (this is not fixed in the RC).

You can fix the - case by modifing the Stored Procedure [dbo].[BuildTabLevelAndPath].

Please be careful that fix is not enought for a site still in production because TabPath must be recreate, and by changing url the indexation by search engine will be wrong. In this case you have to recreate pages with old url and redirect them to new url with -

Using SQL Server Management, go to the StoredProcedure [dbo].[BuildTabLevelAndPath]

Right Clic, Generate a script , Create To, New editor , then save this original create script (in case you need revert)

You can now : drop the Stored Procedure [dbo].[BuildTabLevelAndPath].

Modify the create script generated just before and modify the 2 strings : (@TabName, '&? ./''-#:*') by (@TabName, '&? ./''#:*') it is the same without the -

Execute you actualised script.

Re save each page with a - in the name to get them work. (because the Stored proc we modify generate the TabPath stored in table dbo.Tabs.)

Once you've done this, you'll have to take care of it when you'll want to upgrade dnn.

I' will prepare soon a new article with this modificaton and a replace of the space caracter by - rather than stripping it.

Hope this help, regards
