Okay...a NEW install of DNN7 doesn't have the problem. I'll be trying again with the Community Edition Upgrade package.

Okay....it IS working like it's supposed to. I think I might have actually upgraded to a beta version rather than the final release of 7. (Had both folders unzipped on my desktop and probably copied over the wrong files.)
