 Well finally got to upgrade to 4.3.4, and checked that the display name is ok for the host user - it is, and displays fine, but we still have the same issue. Any specific table or setting we should check for, everthing sort of looks ok , but we are not sure what we are looking for. Liiterally everthing else works fine.

Interestingly , for users that were manually entered originally outside windows authentication (only a couple) , the name is displayed when on the top right of the screen when they login. For those uses that are automatically logged in via windows,  the name is not displayed. In both cases the name must be known as we have the feedback module installed and their name and e-mail address appear correctly.

I am having the same problems with dnn 3.3.4.   Authentication was working fine with 3.2 but now I get the same error

Error: User Accounts is currently unavailable

when clicking on ALL users - this seems to happen when authentication adds a new user and does not add display name or first name/last name to user credentials or profile.

I have to manually add names - display, first name, last name and then displaying ALL users works until the next user authenticates - it is becoming a real problem.

I also have the problem of Roles not synchronizing?  Have an active directory group named staff and a role name exactly the same but user is not being added this was all happening with 3.2????

Is anyone getting answers for these problems? If so can they point me in the right direction.
