On database you have to delete all store tables, views, procedures and functions.  All artifacts should have the module Name in it.

I would check the SOURCE version of that module, see if there is an uninstall script that you can execute, that will hopefully remove objects, though that assume it exists, and has been updated.

Thanks for the info Chris. I just manually deleted anything that had "store" in it....including .dlls, database tables, views, stored proc, functions etc.

It seems to have worked.
