Hello

I need your help.

I’m working with Visual Studio 2005 and Sql Server 2005, and I install DNN 4.x with VS2005’s tool that create a http//localhost:XXX/myWeb/

Now that I finish, I copy my website’s folder in to a specific folder ( /wwroot/) and I set the settings like the faq seed but my web site cannot be displayed.

I add the new allias but I think thta all allias are redirecting to http//localhost:XXX/myWeb/

PD: Sorry my english is terrible

The problem is the path.  You created the site as http//localhost:XXX/myWeb and then copied it to the webserver root  which is localhost and has a path of http://localhost.  Your website's path is still http//localhost:XXX/myWeb so you can't access it because you probably need to create a virtual directory pointing to that site.  I would suggest deleting the old site and create it under the website root (\wwwroot\)
