It's not the XCode IDE from Apple, it looks like a custom forms framework.

If that is the same framework in the call stack, the connection is set  on line 96 in DbBase.cs in the XCode project under DataAccessLayer\Common folder.

Steven, what modules are installed on your site that provide custom form features? I would look in that module and check the connection strings setup with it.

Thank you for all the input guys... This does seem to be an xcode problem, could be various issues with scalability.. It is hard for me to debug as the previous developer did not have their xcode project attached, all I have is the dll. I might have to port some of the code over for testing to DAL2. Some of the codebase is already in there. This is a NIGHTMARE. Thank you guys very much for shedding some light on it and thank you Chris for the link to the non-apple XCODE project!
