Here is a link for you.  I believe that they also have a Free Lite version but $48 is pretty cheap for peace of mind.

Ouch that does suck.  Back it all up I say - the whole site file structure - not just the DB and select folders.  Why leave any variances to chance.  Back it up period - production or development/QA.  And make sure you have a good backup i.e. test the recovery.  Then you'll be prepared and know what to expect.  Six years ago my group lost 18 days of corporate e-mail when the exchange server got hit (Nimbda I think?).  We had Veritas in place but all were invalid according to MS.  They told me I should have used MS Backup instead which would have verified the backups.  Of course that was on NT4.  So don't just backup, perform a test restore if you can - probably not as critical on a hosted site, as they should be on top of that as a part of the service.

Could someone out there help me w/ getting my back-ups straight?  I've been backing up the C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\"MY WEBSITE" folder before each upgrade but that's really been it to this point.  In SQL Express I have 4 DBs and I'm guessing 3 of those are from the default installation.  But, I can't tell which one DNN is using.  Once that's determined, I think I can figure out how to make a full backup, and a schedule.  What else would I be missing for keeping my site backed up?

Soon will support off-site FTP backups too
