I had this exact same error log.  This has to do with the Scheduler.  The problem related to this specific error most likely occurred after upgrading to 7.3.x.  See this DNN post https://dnntracker.atlassian.net/browse/DNN-4923 .

What I did to resolve this problem was to change the scheduler mode from "Request Method" to "Disabled" then to "Timer Method".  This stopped the errors.  Note that when I switched directly from "Request Method" to "Timer Method", this did not fix the problem.  I had to disable the scheduler first, then switch to "Timer Method".

If I am not mistaken (correct me if I am wrong), "Timer Method" was what earlier versions of DNN use.  The Request Method initiates when pages are loaded.  So the number of errors that appear in the event viewer are directly related to the number of page requests on your site.

Sorry,  my reply posted twice.  I wanted to delete the extra post, but there is no delete button that I could find.

I found this page shortly after my post  https://dnntracker.atlassian.net/browse/DNN-4923.

Turns out that I had a duplicate server name in my WebServers table.  After deleting the duplicate table, I was successfully able to switch Scheduler Mode back to "Request Mode"
