I have a DNN Scheduler in my application which needs to run on every 2 minutes. I noticed that my Scheduler is not running specified time interval (i.e. about 15 mts) in every one hour. My Site application pool alive forever since we are using host-tracker service .

The Scheduler history as follows ...



 

Please provide the necessary steps for running my DNN scheduler without any interrupt.

perhaps the application is unloading - are you using timer or request method as request items will only run if the application is loaded (http://www.dnnsoftware.com/Content/Dn...)

It seems that we are using the Timer method for Scheduler Mode. Please let me know your feedback.

In any case, the scheduler will only be active if the site is running. If you need a reliable service, use a windows scheduled service instead.

We have to use Schedulers since we need to display Log message to Admin.
