Hi,

I was having this error on 7.3.4 https://dnntracker.atlassian.net/browse/DNN-5467 and I upgraded to 7.4.1 (skipping 7.4.0 because of other localisation issues I did not want to introduce), but the problem is still there. Dnntracker says it is resolved in 7.4.0, but apparently that's not the case, unless it reappears in 7.4.1. I also tried the latest Sebastian's script that fixes database inconsistencies, but it did not help. What shall I do? What data shall I check, please?

Did you run any sql scripts against the 7.3.4 database before you upgraded to 7.4.1?

 Additionally,

It's very possible there are additional issues around the original bug fix.

There were few specifics in the original JIRA for DNN-5467 except for an error message and then the thread got hijacked away from the original reporter.

It would greatly help if you would drop the symbols files into your /BIN folder and re-run the scenario so we get a clear error dump of what is actually occurring and create a new JIRA and link it to DNN-5467

Franco, would you mind to post full stack trace from eventlog to make sure you are facing same issue, thank you.

Hi,

I am not sure when I ran the script, but it must have been while I was on 7.3.4. Anyway, here is the full exception:
