You will see several errors loading javascript if you view pages while having a browser debugger running.  

I might try bumping your composite files version number since it appears associated with those files.  It's a wild guess but it can't hurt.

It is throwing at least one http 500 error related to some core dnn js files.

Thanks!  I tried that, and it didn't work, but while in there went ahead and enabled composite files, minify css and minify js and now it's working again.  Not sure why the individual files aren't loading, they are all on my site, but at least I can manage my site now.
