you should be able to run the script in Host > SQL or a query window in SQL Server Management Studio.

Edoardo,

when you run the script it creates a bunch of SQL statements that you have to copy and paste and then run.

Please make sure that you have a backup of your database before you run these scripts. I don't take any response for what will happen.
