I was on the phone with DNN support yesterday for an unrelated issue and we quickly discussed the fix for this one while files where indexing. The issue I was having here is that the host account's email (when the site was created) was set to my corporate email rather than a generic one. Apparently once this is setup, it cannot be changed via the interface so a DB modification must be done.

The fix for this is finding the HostSettings table, changing the HostEmail row to the new email and clicking "Restart Application" in DNN.

Thanks for the suggestions guys! But this ended up doing the trick for me.
