Michael is wrong - unlike all other default host and admin pages, File Management has not been ported to PB extensions, but PersonaBar incorporates the original modules/pages.

Armin, please make sure in the database table tabs, that rows for Host and Host\FileManagement have portalID Null.
The only other difference I am finding is in table TabModules row visibility, which has value 0 in Admin and 2 in Host menu.

Cheers from Germany,
Sebastian Leupold

Ah, OK, thanks Sebastian. But the technical solution does not really matter, as the place to find the Host files is in the PB under "Manage" :: "Global Assets".

Anyway - it does not work in the way I tried to: Adding a host page and a page with the DAM module below that. The DAM only shows the files from the current portal, not the _default folder.

In DNN8 it was working like this.

Happy DNNing!
Michael

Michael,
I just checked the source code, "IsHostMenu" is determined by PortalID in tabs table or PortalID in Modules table, both should be Null

Dear Sebastian,

You are wonderful.

I appreciate your great knowledge. It was 0 for Tabs database table column PortalID.

I change it to NULL and now It's working as well.

Thank you so much.
