Hello,
I'm new to DNN, and have a problem I cannot solve with invisible menus: the solpart menus to edit module settings disappeared!

I have 3 portals on my DNN 4.3.5 installation: 2 of them running perfeclty, the third has this problem. I can see both Admin and Host menus, but none of the modules I place on pages do show the menu icon, thus I cannot access any more any module settings, move modules etc.
On this portal I installed Locopon DNN Localizator, which appears to work perfectly; after a while playing with the portal, populating it, menus disappeared.

This is not (I believe ) related to skins: even if I change skin those menus are still invisible. I remember I already had such a problem, but changing the portal skin solved. Not now :-(
Can anybody help?

You are probably just in preview mode.  Click on the Preview link under Page Functions in the control panel at the top.

That simple?? .... oh god.... Thank you.
I'd better read some docs... just let me say you can't see the difference in the menu (me stupid for not thinking about this, anyway  )

I must have set a default to preview-mode somewhere (I mean any user with edit privileges that logs in gets a preview-mode view of the portal, not edit).... damn I can't remember where I did change this can anybody help?

of course 2 minutes after posting I solved the problem: the default preview mode is a setting in DSLocalizator module (Tab preview enabled in DSLocalizator - General Options).

Maybe this is useful for somebody else.
