I thought I would update this thread and let you know that the proper way to embed Flash using the UFO.js code is as follows:  (check out the UFO site for more details, or the Flash JPG Rotator site as well)

Instead of the <object> code as in my previous post, use:

<div id="flashbanner"><a href="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer">Get the Flash Player</a> to see this player.</div>
<script type="text/javascript">var FO = { movie:"/Portals/1/jpgrotator.swf", width:"500", height:"200", majorversion:"7", build:"0", flashvars:"file=/Portals/1/jpgrotator.xml&width=500&height=200"};UFO.create(FO, "flashbanner");</script>

The js will add the Flash object automatically inside the div labelled "flashbanner".  Also, this is great because it eliminates the "Click to activate" prompt when Flash is viewed in IE.

cheers,

Roselle
