Hi
I have another question that probably has an obvious answer, but my brain is junk right now...  I am trying to find where the styles are assigned to items not in my contentpanes. I have changed the default.css file to my liking but I want to have my breadcrubs, login and userid, and general links all different colors. Currently if I change it in the css they are all linked to the same style attribute. I'd like to assign each a custom style. I've tried a number of variations with different skin files but apparently I'm not employing the correct one as my changes are over ridden by the main general links styles.
Any direction would be great.
Thanks
Mike

In your skin ascx file, add the attribute CssClass="MySpecialClass" to the <dnn:LOGIN> (and the other skin objects you want to modify). Make sure that class comes AFTER the generic css for links in your skin.css file.

Just following up in case others have the same question...

The style I wanted to use was a link style and I wasn't able to get the breadcrumb element to use my custom link style until I found where the style was being referenced: breadcrumb.acsx.vb. After changing the reference from "SkinObject" to my special class I was good to go.

Please note that your changes to breadcrumb.ascx.vb will be lost after an upgrade of DNN (the file is overwritten)

Try to find another way to address the links (which should be possible with the technique in a previous post).
