You will need to use / create a custom skin for this that has the logo token inside a div / table row that also is a content pane. The one person above I believe is suggestion you put two modules in the same pane but I think they are going to try and stack instead of setting next to each other. The other option is to "Add" your logo to every single banner image you want to display and then when the banner rotates into view it will have your logo as part of the banner image.

Yes as you mentioned add the logo to each banner you make is what i meant, sorry for the confusion.
