well I almost have what I wanted here http://riagroup.ru with only one ( well 2 ) things I can't figure out

1/ why my last star half  doesn't connect with the menu as the first half does both of them are placed in a separate cell of a table row with menu in the middle row, yet no matter how many pages I add there is alwasy a gap between menu and that half...

2/ in my menu I set not to show arrows YET it still shows that little triangleinfront of the active tab drives me nuts HOW to get rid of it?

PLEASE ! HELP!
