Karmo, the top bar contains two skin objects: one for resizing text and page size. The second skin object is the search skin object. AFAIK there is no free skinobect that does resizing.

The middle menu s you call it, can be realized with the standard nav menu. WRT the image buttons you can read Timo's latest blog post.

Karmo;

DNN doesn't have three menu bars.  It has one custom text size skin object (Speerio Skinergy), one search object (standard DNN:Search), one menu object (Standard DNN:Menu) and one link module (Standard DNN:Link, using images).  The skin objects and the pane for the link module are placed depending on the skin used.  Timo had a blog post today about using the templates in the Announcements modul to do the image menu you see above.
